Our vision of the new world “Pandora” is seen through the eyes of a former Marine, Jake Sully. Confined to a wheel chair after an injury sustained in battle, Jake is offered a once in a lifetime chance. To walk again in the form of an Avatar and aid a consortium that is mining the rare ore “Unobtainium”. An ore that is said to have solved Earth’s energy crises. His Avatar is a human alien hybrid that will allow him to survive Pandora’s toxic environment and meet with the planets inhabitants, the Na’vi who stand in the way of the consortium’s goals.

While exploring Pandora Jake must run from his life from the dangers that appear around every corner. But a beautiful Na’vi female, Neytiri, saves Jake’s life, and this changes everything. Jake is taken in by her clan, and learns to become one of them, which involves many tests and adventures. As Jake’s relationship with his reluctant teacher Neytiri deepens, he learns to respect the Na’vi way and finally takes his place among them. Soon he will face the ultimate test as he leads them in an epic battle that will decide the fate of an entire world.
